Tenant Protection

Stored belongings must have qualifying coverage. You can choose a SafeLease tenant protection plan or provide proof of your own qualifying insurance.

Monthly plan options:  $12 for a $2,000 protection limit; $17 for $3,000; or $27 for $5,000. Any selected protection charge is additional to rent and the $25 move-in administration fee. Review your selected plan and total at checkout.

Using your own insurance: Choose the own-insurance option during rental and submit the required proof through tenant.safelease.com. Ask your insurer whether your policy covers belongings stored at this location.
