Bagby Storage Tenant Protection Plan FAQs

Yes. Your Bagby Storage rental agreement requires that all stored belongings be covered. You may satisfy this requirement in one of two ways:

• Enroll in the Bagby Storage Protection Plan at move-in, or
• Provide proof of an existing homeowner's, renter's, or vehicle insurance policy that covers items stored off-premises

If you choose to use your own policy, we encourage you to ask your agent about applicable deductibles, exclusions, and whether your policy actually covers off-site storage — many do not.

We offer several coverage levels to fit your needs and budget:

• Basic — $2,500 coverage — $12/mo
• Standard — $3,000 coverage — $15/mo
• Enhanced — $5,000 coverage — $25/mo
• Premium — $10,000 coverage — $45/mo

Coverage for damage to personal belongings generally includes loss due to:

• Theft and burglary
• Vandalism
• Fire and smoke damage
• Water damage
• Pest damage
• Weather-related damage
